Our appraisers reside within a 30-50 mile radius from their coverage area which allows them the ability to build a better business relationship with local repair facilities, tow and storage yards and local vendors. Our office has a full time dispatch unit to make contact with the owner within the hour of receipt of the assignment. The appointment is scheduled by our office and the file is then transferred immediately to the zone manager in that area for immediate handling. Once the file is received back into our office it is audited and sent to our Office Supervisor who ensures proper billing and sends the completed assignment back to our clients.
