App Software Associates is a division of Custom Solutions, Inc., a Rochester, New York based company since 1986. App Software Associates was formed to address the need for a quality business management software application for the independent automotive appraiser. AppTrak was originally designed and marketed in the early 1980's by Paul Kreutter as a tracking, billing and accounts receivable system and was implemented in a number of vertical markets including Veterinary, Dental, Medical, private Ambulance, Real Estate Appraisal and Auto Damage Appraisal.

In 1999, the original AppTrak software for the Auto Damage Appraisal Office's was enhanced to make it Y2K compliant and Windows-based. Over the years, our client base has grown across the United States and has been officially endorsed by the Independent Automotive Damage Appraisers Association (IADA) as the premier choice in appraisal management.

The development of AppTrak Plus is our newest enhancement offering insurance companies and Appraisals office a single user platform.
